Sometimes the seasons seem all mixed up. Like today, it was 20 degrees. It’s also the end of November. So, what do you do when life hands you an unexpected day of sunshine and warm temperatures?
You run on the mountain with your bestie. For what feels like the first time in forever…. { How many of you broke into song with that line?? }
You put up a few Christmas decorations. Even if it is only a few Christmas duckies. You have to start somewhere, right?
You walk to the farm to collect your children because you can’t bear the thought of driving one more bit. And you know the next time, you might be doing it on snowshoes with a biting wind blowing at you from the north.
You soak it up. Because it won’t last. Probably won’t last past tomorrow night given the forecast….but for today, we enjoy it. That’s all we are asked to do.
